As for staying in a neighborhood, Gasm has an extra bedroom in his condo and so do I. If you'd rather stay at a hotel, I'd suggest waiting until March when the
Moonrise Hotel opens in the East Loop, adjacent to Skinker-DeBaliviere and half a block from my place. Let us know whenever you want to come!
