Update
Here are several photos of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission Building, completed in June of 2012. It is adjacent to the California Supreme Court and can be seen in its construction phase in the background of the photo I posted originally. It was designed by KMD Architects and is seeking LEED Platinum. I took these photos in October 2012.
