It would appear so. As well as the H&H legal case Mark Chandler also featured in complaints (initiated by Bob Rennie) about multiple sales of the same unit in Tribeca Lofts on Richards, and there were court cases about mortgages on the Eldorado project on Kingsway that were never registered on title. There's also
a Los Angeles lawsuit dating back to 2009.
Quite how he is able to keep setting up in business and repeating the same story over and over is a bit of a mystery to me.
