One would think if condos don't work at this spot then apts would....maybe convert later to condos when market returns....I was really hoping for residential / mixed use here at around 6 stories or so. I mean its what 2.5 blocks to the paulina brown line & in a happening neighborhood

I can't beleive they wouldn't consider apts.....

suburban big boxed auto shiza here would be urban design terrorism
