WaMu GOT bought out, for pennies to the dollar!
Unfortunately, Im sure this wont get built now - it was announced that JPMorgan is going to sell the WaMu Center and largely vacate WAMU tower. That's at least 1.3M sq feet dumped into downtown's market.
