Woah, this should be pretty good.
If the neighboring suburb of Ivry is ok to follow the trend, I predict some cool further development.
I would suggest people to check on the new district for themselves on their next visit by the way. It's both modern and friendly with a bunch of café-restaurants and shops along
the avenue de France, that's the main corridor of the district I'm calling a success cause it's been carefully planned. It's just too bad the height of the buildings had to remain that moderate on the avenue because of blind and enraged NIMBYism. They're getting a bit taller only at the very edge of the inner city where these 2 towers will sit, at the southern end of the avenue, nearby Ivry. Again, hopefully Ivry itself doesn't miss the given opportunity to build something bigger.
