This should be good news as planning continues for a Hyatt downtown next to the Morgan Keegan Tower on Front Street & the renovation of the old Holiday Inn flagship in the Memphis Medical Center into a Hyatt Summerfield Suites next to the under construction UT-Baptist Research Park.
