The one on Natio is what it is, but it's an old Marriott branding. I'd guess near the end of the Marriott agreement the owners will renovate the property and either renegotiate or pickup a different brand with a refreshed hotel.

Some licenses I've run into lasted up to 25 years, and it can be a factor in why a city that's growing quickly can have some hotels that don't really meet the standard you might expect from a brand.
Blah, I really hope they tear down that Marriott and redo. Why save it? It's hideous.
