This was approved for $35 million in TIF funding by the Planning Department this past week. A few of the details changed a little. The specs are now:

350 hotel rooms in a Marriott brand.

250 apartment units, down from the original 280.

100K sq feet in retail/entertainment space, up from 61,300 sq feet originally.

Office space stayed at 140K sq feet.

The entire project cost went from $176 million to $205 million and the finish date was pushed back from Dec 2014 to Dec 2015.
