So is what they're going to build in Bronzeville area market rate for new single family homes? Yeah, actually it is. As I've posted numerous times before, the area has quietly seen more new construction SFH than most people realize over the last decade. There were 20 single family homes in this area that sold for over $400K between July and December 2016 with around 10 more between $300K and $399K.
study may want to revisit his thoughts on Bronzeville real estate.
