....太極雙星團隊標下台北雙子星聯合開發案，被台北市議員林瑞圖、應曉薇公開質疑有黑道背景，之前大股東程宏道今天下午到台北地院提起妨害名譽的自訴，並且附帶民事訴訟要求林瑞圖、應曉薇登報道歉、還分別求償新台幣各兩千萬元。
程宏道是全信營造的董事，也曾是太級雙星的股東，但是在遴選之前，就退出了太級雙星，林瑞圖質疑太極雙星的幕後大股東程宏道是「四海幫堂主」，而應曉薇則召開記者會指控，程宏道是台灣地網的總經理，程宏道不滿被說是黑道，今天控告林瑞圖、應曉薇涉嫌妨害名譽。
It is so interesting that the guy who was pointed by councilors as gangster and major shareholders jumps out and suits these councilors for calling him as gangster. In fact, he is not even a shareholder of Taipei Gateway Company according to this news.
