The previous plan for this project called for a single 22-story building that was listed as 256 feet tall. Now apparently they're planning 3 buildings. Two "more slender" towers and a third 10-story hotel. Of course, the worry was this project would block the view of the mountains which rise just to east of there. I don't know how building three towers instead of one will change that.
Anyway, if they stick with the height they were talking about these would be the tallest buildings in El Paso outside of their downtown. The address is 201 Shadow Mountain Drive.

West Side high-rise plan now to have 3 buildings

An exclusive condominium development on the West Side boasting luxury living will create the first cluster of high-rise buildings located outside of Downtown El Paso.
The Meyers Group is developing an empty 4-acre plot of land adjacent to the 11-story Coronado Tower office building on Mesa Street and has changed its original plan to build one large 22-story high-rise into three separate buildings.
The site eventually will have two narrower 22-story condo towers and one 10-story boutique hotel, along with a variety of retail and commercial spaces.

The building in the background on the left is an existing building called the Coronado Towers. It's 140 feet with 12 floors.
