Phyllis M. Jacobson is mysterious. I spent forever researching who she/he was, and it traces back to an address in suburban Cleveland and a company dubbed PMJ Realty.
So it seems that she actually might be a legitimate developer who just happens to live in suburban Ohio & be nearly completely invisible on Google. Though a front is more likely, I am quite perplexed.
