I think all the developers are waiting to see if someone else pulls the trigger and measure success with leases signed before they pull the trigger. Whoever pushes first for the funding and commits will be rewarded with those first fruits. I am with you guys though. I will get excited once proposals start becoming permits and permits become foundations.
