The only other construction project underway on this short block is 237 West 54th Street, a supposed hotel for Joseph Moinian, originally listed as 27 floors. After acquiring additional air rights from the Booth Theater (which also provided air rights for 250 West 55th Street), it was supposed to go to 34 floors (half that of the Marriott rising at 1715 Broadway), but I've not yet seen a confirmation that the other floors were okayed.
