I noticed a Swinerton Builders sign and construction fence around 13th and K last night. Civic San Diego says there is a development at 14th and K on East side so I'm confused. Do you guys know which project this would be?
Just looked at the old Library Tower renderings it had an awesome colorful base and would have been so nice. Too bad Luke Daniels and his group pussed out and are only building a 22 floor building...
