And relating to the Atlantic place reclad render, I don't have a preference. Both the render and what was actually done is awful. The brick should have been completely abolished! Brick can be done nicely on a building, for example I didn't mind the red brick on the pre-reclad TD building. But that brown brick on Atlantic Place has to be the worst substance you can slap on the side of a building. It looks dated and gross.

Brick should not have even been an option in a reclad, mind you this was only a minor reclad and it would not have been within budget to remove the brick and replace it, but I look forward to the day when *Stephen* finally removes that awful brick.

Edit: *someone, not Stephen! But if there is a guy named Stephen who wants to remove the brick on AP, go for it!
