Lets not rag too hard on Applebees. I averaged over 100 per night (not counting Fridays and Saturdays, 150+) which is a ton of money for a 18 -22 year old. I kinda wish there was something more mainstreem downtown near the aquarium. I think an Outback would be perfect.
