Yes, there will be a small building on the corner of Wick and Lincoln as well as another one only facing Lincoln. Unfortunately, the developers are making these buildings only one story which is a huge disappointment to me. I do like the style of the corner building, but the other small one.... I really hope that isn't the final design. Plus the parking lot entrance on Lincoln sort of ruins what could have been an uninterrupted group of retail buildings. But at least we are getting some densification to that corner.
