I didn't know about this proposal. This would be huge for Downtown New West. I would think that the end is near for the parkade on Front Street, and what about the railroad tracks that are there, will they be rerouted? And I hope they are planning to have retail along the Front St. side to compliment the retail that is already there. Many questions.

I remember when you could buy in DT Vancouver for as low as $109 000, for a studio at the 501. I see a parallel in New West. New West, imo, will rival DT Vancouver in a way no other suburb could. Now is a good time to buy 5 or 6 apartments in New West... hold on here, what's the limit on my Visa.
