Wow! What a change from a few years ago, when there was nothing in this section of Hamburg. They did a really good job.

These Northern European "new city in the old harbor" projects usually come off as kinda sterile and suburban, but Hafencity looks like an A+ project. Great job and 100x better than the Copenhagen, Amsterdam and Stockholm equivalents. Probably the best-looking modern urban neighborhood in Germany.

And love the pic of the Speicherstadt; those are some of the most interesting warehouses anywhere.
