Diese Firma aus Ägypten ist hauptsächlich daran interessiert ein Handy-Netz in Nordkorea aufzubauen. Allerdings kümmern sie sich auch um die restlichen Aktivitäten am Gebäude. Der Hauptgedanke ist, dass das Gebäude 2012 zum 100. Geburtstag von Kim Il Sung schick und modern aussieht. Man kann sich ja denken, wie lukrativ das für die Firma sein muss, wenn sie gleich das ganze Gebäude (äußerlich) modernisieren. Ob im Gebäude was gemacht wird, weiß keiner so recht.
