Bentall also tossed out some local merchants in White Oaks in favour of national chains. CF isn't above this either, they removed a few retailers from Masonville in favour of National retailers about 3 years ago as well. And in a strange twist, removed a national clothing retailer so yet another hair place could go in last year.
