Between 2006-2007, Houston's MSA grew by 120,296 people.

I finally understand what happened now. Houston's CSA is nearly the Houston MSA now. I could have sworn that Atlanta was nearer in population and it is when you compare CSA's and it is. In 2006 Houston's CSA was 5,641,077.
