It's a little bulky for my taste, I would like to see it revised to thin out a little and maybe make it a few floors taller to compensate. I'm concerned about a "tabletop" skyline effect with this, FCP, Mirvish, and One Yonge all being within 10 metres in height of each other.
What is interesting about this one is that it sits in the only area in the city with no height limit under existing zoning. The only reason they are rezoning is because they exceed the maximum FSI permitted on the site.
