UPDATE: Plans approved by Zoning Board. This is not the Dynasty Park project, but one that would be adjacent to it. The developers of Dynasty Park are not happy about this, but the Wallace Wade condo project develops say they doubt if Dynasty Park will even come to fruition in this economy.
