World One is part of a complex that will have 2 other towers in it, World Crest and the Queen Tower, which is supposed to be at least 90floors. I don't know much about adjacent projects though.
Ok, I done a bit of digging. The tower under construction in the lower left is one of a 45 floor twin tower development called
Lotus Complex
To the right of World One/World Crest there's going to be some sort of sports arena.
The tower under construction in the upper right with the speckled blue cladding at the base is the 60 floor
