That building better go up b/c the height restriction for the historic district preservation doesn't make sense. This isn't destroying buildings worth preserving and the "historic" 2nd district is already interwoven with other buildings like BellSouth, Caremark, and Hilton. There's zero reason to hold this up.

2nd avenue is a club district with a few old buildings, it hardly classifies as a place that needs to be protected from highrises.
