Papa George's made their money from 12am-4am serving drunk people who would eat anything at that point. Let's not pretend it was a hotspot destination for a Friday night dinner out... it was a dump. They owned the building for decades, so overhead was fairly low – rent for Pete's Place is over $5k a month.
