Great job on compiling the threads for NYC.
Its a lot of threads though, would be nice if they were broken down by borough (how many projects are in Queens, Brooklyn, or the Bronx?).
Also, I noticed you listed the projects in JC and Newark, I was wondering if you'd have the "other" section where you can put projects such as The Modern in Ft. Lee:
