I believe Rise at Northgate, built in 2013, is the tallest building now. Emporis has the height at 219 ft. This new high-rise will stand next door.

Yeah that height figure was a little absurd for 16-stories.
It came from an FAA filing that's no longer up, may have read it wrong at the time. Went back and found a height that's more in line with the floor count.
