Loews, Texas Rangers announce 'flagship' hotel for Texas Live

Loews Hotels & Co., The Cordish Companies, and the Texas Rangers Thursday announced plans for a $150 million flagship hotel and convention center in the Texas Live development called Live! by Loews - Arlington, TX.
The 302- room hotel will be one of the most dominant features of Texas Live!, the $250 million dining, entertainment and hospitality destination being developed in partnership with The Cordish Companies, Texas Rangers and City of Arlington.

Designed by internationally-known HKS Architects, the 14-story tall glass tower will feature 300-plus upscale guestrooms, including 26 suites, with floor to ceiling glass windows that show expansive views of the entertainment district from each room.
The tower will feature several resort-style spaces and amenities including:- Tower Terrace and Event Lawn: Located within a 40' tall by 60' wide veranda-style cutout through the hotel tower
- Outdoor Infinity Edge Pool
- Rooftop Terrace Private Event Space
- Two story, 35,000 square-foot Grand Event Center
- Grand Ballroom with banquet seating capability up to 1,500
