I doubt $1 million is enough to move the needle here - but it's certainly better than nothing.
It seems Dranoff just sold the Royal Theater on South Street and the development plans to OCF Realty and another development partner who plan to now move forward with the project. Maybe Dranoff is going to take the money from the sale from that to put it towards SLS?
