Saskatchewan’s eastern boundary is not a straight line but jogs over to the west after every third township line (I believe it is) to account for the earth’s curvature. That pattern ends north of Flin Flon after the surveyed townships end. But the Manitoba border town of Flin Flon itself is north of Sask as well as east of it.
