I dont like parking in front of towers either, therefore I'm hoping there will be more than sufficient parking underground in "Sky Tower" and thus we'll see instead, more landscaping.
Yes, the trams travel along this major roadway where both new towers will be situated. (Zagrebacka Street). I think "Neboder 123" is well situated and will be prominent from a number of locations.
