DetroitSky noticed that the architects for Monroe Blocks in Detroit posted an additional rendering of the office tower and another of the pedestrianized Farmer Street through the site:

Still waiting for them to demolish the two remaining buildings on site, and then we'll be ready for the massive excavation work which to make way for the underground garage and service levels. Then you have the very slightly revised rendering of the one they put out months ago of the residential tower; this one basically took out the people and small square in the foreground save for the runner.

The residential tower is the second phase of this development. I'm guessing the work scheduled for June could literarlly happen any day; in either case I imagine it's going to happen before the summer's out.

Demolition of the underground garage at the Hudson site is also nearly complete. A photo from August 2nd:

There was talk a month or two ago of the developer considering putting a hotel into this development, but no word on whether that is in addition to some of the residential units or as a replacement for some of them, so we're not sure if this thing is still 800 feet or if they are going to make it taller.
