Developer breaks ground on mid-rise commercial tower in Kapolei

The developer of a five-story, 131,900-square-foot mixed-use building in the downtown area of Kapolei in West Oahu has broken ground on the project.

APC Development Partners LLC, headed by Larry Stogdell, who has more than 30 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate development and general contracting, is the developer of the Aloha Pacific Center.

American Savings Bank released interior renderings of its future headquarters to PBN on Thursday, giving a sneak peek at the 373,00-square-foot, 11-story building planned for the block at 300 N. Beretania St., the site of the company’s new campus.

The bank said approximately 600 of its employees will work out of the new headquarters, which will include 166,000 square feet of office space. The bank broke ground on the project on Saturday.
