Pretty much, especially when you get down to the paragraph that says they aren't developers, nor looking to sell their property, just looking for developers and investors that want to make this happen.
It is just shocking when you look at in in a rendering like that with how much land they own downtown, and the impact it could have if all that land was built to its max potential.
