This raises curiosity, if they ever design to overhaul the spire, what action will need to be taken? Will they need to hoist another crane up there?

Maybe in the future when this building has some years on it, maybe like other Skyscraper Icons it will get a huge renovation overhaul. Meaning when the time comes to spend money on it they may indeed upgrade the spire into what it was actually really intended to be. Fingers crossed...
