I'm excited for what's about to happen on the north end of downtown. Other projects, including this one that's unfolding will transform the area.
Close to 1 billion dollars will be invested near 100 North Main. Not even including the $9 Billion St. Jude planning to invest near by. Basically by the end of the summer the Tisch family will know if they will demolish 100 N Main and build a new big tower, with additional scrapers, or revitalize and build around it.
