The screens haven't been installed yet, but they look like they will be shielded by 3/4" acrylic inside a fairly hefty sheet metal box that's anchored into the concrete.
It's not impossible to steal the flatscreens, but you'd probably need to tie a rope around it and yank it off with a car. Honestly, I'm more concerned with people stealing the damn wiring and cutting the power. I hope the access panels are strong, or we could end up with the same problem the streetlights have.
