In all honesty, transit literally IS about moving people... however it has a huge effect on land use and vice-versa, land use has a huge effect on transit/moving people.
Careful when arguing with zwei, his arguments are at times cleverly worded so that they garner support from those on the fence.
It's kind of like saying farming is about growing plants, not feeding people. Sure, literally, it's true...
