Hope you guys don't mind me resurrecting a pretty dead thread, but I have an update on this.
I live across the street and down about a hundred or so yards from the site, and in the mail today I received a Notice of Variance Request, apparently because I fall within "the Chapter 42 required notification area".
From what I can gather through the bureaucratic jargon, Terra surveying Company has asked for a one foot building line along Post Oak while the ordinance requires a 25 foot building line. It references the area as "Perennial on Post Oak Subdivision".
The details of all of this are not really my interest. What I really care about is that things are actually moving to get this thing built!
