Amazed at how fast the spine is bring complete; it will be nice to see the spine complete and the entire building lit at night because its already looking impressive right now.

I drove into Philly about 1AM this morning and the lantern was only partially lit; even then it was noticeable to a good degree; it minds me a bit of the Empire State Building in a way; though its about 100 shorter the impression seems much the same and of course far more modern looking.
