Yeah, I don't think it's improbable, but in regards to pricing, it's probably far more expensive than most people care to know lol Does Vancouver not have any density requirements? I guess we still have a few parking lots to get rid of before we get concerned about taking up such a large space for only 28 homes.

They are Aglaia (Splendor), Euphrosyne (Mirth), and Thalia (Good Cheer)
So look out for two more oddly named towers.
