I thought the plan they proposed was shot down by the neighborhood group. The last I heard they wanted a zoning change passed through council but Clarke wouldn't oblige since the neighborhood didn't explicitly agree to the height of the project. Are they going the ZBA route now? I thought they were going to rework the design and come up with something shorter.
