Gateway One,


Boyer Co.
This seven-story, 161,000 square foot office building is located on the corner of 100 South and 400 West within The Gateway. The average floor plate of the building is 25,000 rentable square feet and the building has direct access to a five-story, 1,100 car parking garage with direct elevator access to all floors. The One Gateway office building houses tenants including Gardner Company, Morgan Stanley, SCT Corporation, The Boyer Company and Konica Business Technologies.

Gateway Two,


Boyer Co.
This five-story, 80,000 square-foot office building is located just off the corner 100 South and 400 west in The Gateway, a mixed-use development in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. The average floor plate of the building is 16,000 rentable square feet and the building has direct access to a five story, 1,100 car parking garage with direct elevator access to all floors.

Gateway Three,


Boyer Co.
As part of the development efforts at The Gateway, a six-story, 182,000 square foot, “Class A” office building was built. Sitting prominently on the southern end of Salt Lake City 's open-air shopping, dining and entertainment destination, the structural steel building contains retail, restaurant and commercial office space. The building’s exterior is clad in curtain wall, brick and storefront and it is connected to an underground parking structure containing 2,514 garage stalls.

Olympic Plaza - Newly Completed


Downtown Rising
The Gateway Olympic Plaza is a $10 million dollar project carried out by the Boyer Company. The building is 78,000 square feet spread out over two floors and is a combination of retail and commercial space.

Gateway - Fidelity Investments Building - Newly Completed


Boyer Co.
The new Fidelity Investments Building is located at 49 North 400 West. This impressive building boasts 7 floors and 230,000 square feet. Fidelity Investments is the sole tenant of the building and will began moving in May 2007. The building has 90,000 square feet of glass, enough to cover one and a half football fields. Native American Artwork is displayed in the lobby, which is made with materials native to Utah. The construction is done in partnership with The Boyer Company and represents a long-term and significant commitment to Salt Lake City by Fidelity Investments.

Gateway Hyatt Place - Just announced - beginning construction soon


The Boyer Co. is planning to round out The Gateway, a Salt Lake City retail, housing and office development, with a 128-room hotel at 55 N. 400 West. The six-story building would be home to the Gateway Hyatt Place Hotel.
