Seattle used to have a lot of 240' zoning on the Downtown fringes, and we still do in some areas. But now we have a lot of 400 (440' for residential crowns) and 500 (550' for residential crowns) in some of those areas, and still a lot of 240'. Thankfully some 550' residential/mixed projects are coming too. Plus of course plenty of 500' office buildings and one hotel. And some office or mixed buildings in the unlimited zone.
