First off, holy crap this is a huge win for the city.

I could see them initially setting up in 1515 Poydras. That building has over 100,000 square feet of contiguous Class A space available, and is right across from the dome. Given that DXC won't need 300,000 square feet initially, that seems like the most logical place to set up shop to me. 1010 Common could also be a possibility, but that building needs quite a lot of work to meet the standards of a modern IT company.

Also, expect to see ancillary support businesses open up shop simply due to the size of this operation. That will take additional space off the market. In the long run, this may spark the first new speculative office construction in the CBD in decades.
