^PM Sent, though the key is getting the materials right. Glazing, in particular, has odd properties that take time to tweak. But it's the difference between the last set of renders and one of the first here:
It's also why the NYC background model always looks like crap. But...that thing has about 400 texture maps I'd have to edit...so screw it. For now at least. But if you're staring at the Woolworth Building, you're not looking at the right part of the render in the first place. So it's not a priority.
